COLLECTA Automatic sampler

A companion instrument to WOAS or a standalone unit, this machine adds live sampling and manipulation to your setup.

It is a stereo (or dual-channel) automatic sampler that collects and organises sounds fed into it.

Players can set a threshold that triggers recording, or manually capture snippets from a source.

Two channels of rotating, randomised, or held sample banks are filled.

Mono or stereo input can be used. In mono mode, a single input is duplicated to both channels.

The pitch of playback and stereo position is controlled via knob and CV.

Players can control the length of each snippet and the rhythmic division at which each bank is played.

There are two clock modes: internal or advancing. In advance mode, an incoming CV clock can be used to step through the active bank.
